Here you can read answers to some of the most frequent questions about our green walls.
This depends completely on the growing conditions: surroundings and choice of plants.
Irrespective of whether the green wall is to be installed on an internal or an external wall, the wall behind must be able to stand a load of 80 kg per m2.
Nature Impact installs the green wall itself.
Yes, it is the same system that we use indoors and outside. the plants, however, will all be different, depending on the placement.
You are very welcome to design the appearance of the wall yourself. In collaboration with our gardener, you will produce the plants that live up to your wishes.
Yes, We expect that one can use a Local Rainwater Diversion project on a green wall. We have at present 2 projects in progress : Klarahus in Copenhagen and SDU in Esbjerg. Both places collect rainwater, which is then used for watering.

We put our plants together and select them according to your wishes and the surroundings they are going to live in., If you want a wild look, a certain pattern or a uniform wall, it is entirely up to you.
The plant wall is watered with the help of an automatic watering system. It is controlled via a WiFi connection, so we can check it externally.
We supervise all walls with sensors, so we can see when to switch on the watering.
The price depends on many factors. The number of square metres one is talking about, whether much cutting is necessary compared with out standard modules, how high the wall is to be installed etc.
For walls between 15 m2 and 25 m2, the price is about Kr. 5,500 – 8,000 per m2. In the case of walls over 25 m2, the price is project-based.
In the case of indoor walls, it is often necessary to provide additional light in the form of growth lamps. This is to ensure that the plants produce chloroplasts and remain green and vigorous.
In the first year, Nature Impact is responsible for management. This is to ensure that the wall “sits right” and has the best growing conditions. It is our professional gardeners, specialising in plant walls, who carry this out.
Thereafter, one takes over the management oneself, or one can enter into a new contract with us.
